Beethoven Lodge has conference facilities that can cater for up to 30 persons, depending on seating arrangements. Snacks and Teas for the conference can be arranged, as well as light meals.

Minimum persons is 10 for a conference.

The conference room is air-conditioned, and bottled water and sweets on the tables are standard as well as the use of a data projector, screen & flip chart holders (paper and pens not included).

Accommodation at the lodge is available for the conference attendees, quotes on request.
